Our 30-day returns policy states that after you receive an item, you have 30 days to request a return. 

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags and must be contained in the original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at rareshop009@gmail.com. Returns should be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]. 

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent without a previous return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems 

Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you have received the wrong item. In this way, we can assess the problem and make sure that it is solved.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept the return of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.

Replacements 

The quickest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item you received and, when the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union 

Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without having to provide any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags and must be contained in the original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds 

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you to let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund within 10 business days through your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and make your refund visible.
